About the Project

The IW Council’s Arts Unit is taking part in an ‘exchange of artists’ as part of an exciting new collaborative project with Norfolk and North Devon. Its aim is to stimulate the creation of striking new artworks inspired by the landscape of each area which will then be featured in a touring exhibition and accompanying publication.

The Arts Unit have awarded bursaries to three Island artists whose work revolves around a distinctive and personal response to landscape and the natural environment. They are Roger Butler (Sculptor), Annik Cullinane (Drawing, painting) and Paul Sivell (Wood sculptor).
